The annual salary range is $50,655-$67,415. The exact salary will be determined by prior teaching experience and placement on the salary scale negotiated by the Faculty Association of Suffolk County Community College.
The New York State Retirement and Social Security Law requires retirees of a public pension plan within the State or City of New York to disclose prior public employment and pension plan history for the purpose of establishing a retiree's eligibility for employment.
A Ph.D in English is preferred; a Master's Degree in English is required. Teaching experience at the college level is required.
