The Department of Romance Languages and Literatures at Binghamton University, State University of New York, seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor of Spanish specializing in second-language acquisition and applied linguistics. Responsibilities include supervision of lower-level language program, teaching, course coordination, and supervision of student teaching. This is a renewable one year appointment. Native or near fluency in Spanish; proficiency in a second language desirable. PhD or ABD in hand.
Position will remain open until filled. Anticipated start Fall semester 2011.
